Is it over
Or am I just saying it
I have put it aside
To offer my heart to God
And not to another guy
But am I

Questions keep popping in and out
Of my mind
Here and there
There is no underlying
To this but
Was it even for real

I am taken on hold
Thrown into the whirlpool
Fallen to the ground
Chained my heart against
The brick wall
So that it wont get worse

Is it over
I need to confirm
But why am I doing so
I should be just letting it go
And not worry
Coz he should be the least of my problems

Lord, You are whom I seek
You are my priority
First and always
I have made my choice
I shall not tarry
And let reality take me

Do I have enough faith
That God will have someone for me
It is that time of year again
Multiple roses blooming
All in pairs
And they will never part

I must believe
And not bother about
What the world is saying
You shall be the only one
Until You give me someone
That is for me only

I shall not think
About the million possibilities
But I shall focus on one thing
And only that
My Lord and Saviour
The lover of my soul

He maybe the potential one
But my heart knows what to do
Therefore I shall not
Let my mind take over
Though the wind may blow
I shall stand firm
